In this video, we'll walk you through the messaging feature so you can easily communicate with your vendors right from the platform. On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll find the messages tab in the sidebar. This is where you can view all your conversations in one place. You can also quickly search messages using a reference number or vendor name.
Click into any message to respond, ask questions, or request additional details like those of a part from your vendor.
When a vendor replies, you'll receive an email notification along with a red alert on your messages icon. These updates happen in real time, so there's no delaying your communication. Messaging isn't limited to just the sidebar. You can connect with your vendors at any point in the process, from reviewing a quote all the way to when your part has been shipped.
There's always a quick and easy way to reach out, ensuring you stay connected and keep things moving. With real-time communication built right into the platform, staying in touch with your vendors has never been easier.
