Welcome to the new and approved version of Sourcing Window. My name is Ally, and I'll be your guide as we walk through each step of the purchasing process. When you log into Sourcing Window, this dashboard will be your landing page. Here you can quickly view the requests you've been working on, as well as gain visibility into your team's activity.

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find your key call to action items. This includes hearts. You received quotes on orders waiting for vendor confirmation and orders waiting for shipping or RMA details. These sections help you prioritize what needs your attention right away. You can also customize your dashboard using filters to display as much or as little information as you need.

The color-coded layout makes it easy to scan and identify the status of each request at a glance. Archive requests are now labeled as "Past Requests." Any request that is older than seven days and has not been purchased will automatically move here. Don't worry, you can still upload your purchase orders and communicate with vendors on these requests.

This update simply keeps your main dashboard focused on your most current work.

At the top of the page, you'll find the main search bar. This powerful tool allows you to quickly locate purchase orders, reference numbers, part numbers, and even messages without needing to scroll through your whole dashboard.

This dashboard is your central hub to stay organized, receive fast responses from your trusted vendors, and efficiently manage all your parts orders and requests.
